event. This time? We've partnered with Salty Fig Catering Co. and Wild Ambition Brewing for our first ever Grill n Swill.
Nicole Mackie, the chef mastermind behind Salty Fig has designed a beautifully fresh meal. We'll deliver the kit, she'll walk you through how to cook it online. A virtual, interactive cooking class! She'll be talking a ton about how to best use affordable cuts of meat, and seasonal produce from right here in the Thompson-Okanagan.
If that's not enough, we'll be suggesting beer pairings for you to order from Wild Ambition Brewing in Kelowna.
If you're lucky enough to be in the Shuswap (anywhere Kamloops to Salmon Arm through to Vernon), we're delivering what you need to spice up your homemade menu and any Wild Ambition brews you order.
If you're not? No sweat! We're bringing you a Virtual option...so you can join us no matter where you are! This ticket includes a grocery list, suggested beer pairings (Wild Ambition will deliver to anywhere in BC for $10!) and access to the cooking class.
